So What Do I Do?
I work one-on-one with you to discover what you truly want in life and how we can make that obtainable. Stress is a constant and natural party of our life, but that doesn’t mean it has to ruin your life. I’ve dedicated my life’s work into helping others cope with stress, anxiety and grief in a way that is productive to one’s self. My goal is for you to never be a permanent client, to move on and actually LIVE LIFE. A live that fills you with joy and fulfillment, not one filled with regret. deserves to enjoy life, because the fact of the matter is, you have one life to live and you need to choose how to live it wisely.
Types of Coaching I Do
Career Coaching: A three month long commitment that requires you to take a deeper look into your career path and how to navigate long hours, tough days and ultimately feeling lost in the hustle.
Self-Development and Confidence Coaching: A three month long commitment that builds you into the person you’ve always longed to be. The person everyone looks at and says “WOW, they rock!”
Relationship Coaching: A month to month commitment that will teach you how to protect and correct your mindset to position yourself as the best other half, whether you’re single, on the verge of a breakup, getting through a break up (screw them right?!) or looking to keep the person around, my techniques will show you how to be the confident catch someone is looking for and looking to keep.
The Dirty Deets On My 1:1 Coaching
Step One - Be Ready For A Change: The first step into succeeding is accepting the fact that you WILL succeed. However, that success doesn’t come easy, I mean if it did, everyone would be happy right? It’s going to be uncomfortable, vulnerable at times, but overall, I promise it’ll be one of the most rewarding things you will ever do for yourself.
Step Two - Book A Session: Let’s talk! Book a consultation with me so we can figure out which pathway is best for you. Apart of my program is that I only do phone calls (on rare occasions I will do in person or via video call). I’ve found people are more willing to open up when someone is on the phone vs. sitting in front of you. Consider me your personal call girl.
Step 3 - Creating Your Own Program: Everyone is living a different journey, but fundamentally we all want one thing, to be happy. From my work, I will shift you out of your old patterns, move you away from your comfort zone and help you build a new life through tangible goals that will create real long lasting change.
